Terms of Service
 

You acknowledge and agree to the following terms by engaging our photography and videography services. We aim to ensure clarity and mutual understanding regarding our service offerings and your expectations.
 
Preparation and Presentation: We will shoot the property as is, so we advise that the property or project be fully prepared and presented to your satisfaction before our arrival.  Should the condition of the property not meet your expectations, we recommend rescheduling the session to a more suitable time until the look and presentation of the space is to your liking.
 
Considerations: Please schedule the shoot accordingly if a specific time of day presents your project/property in a preferred light, such as avoiding unwanted shadows from trees or furniture. We cannot control natural lighting conditions, so planning when lighting conditions meet your preferences is crucial. Otherwise, the property will be photographed as is. Special requests to accommodate specific lighting conditions may incur additional fees.
 
Scope of Services: Our primary role is to provide photography and videography services. We undertake minimal rearrangement of furniture, extensive styling, staging, or cleaning of the premises. We may accommodate the removal or adjustment of minor items, such as kitchen accessories or small decor, at the discretion of our photographer, provided it falls within our guidelines for minimal interference.
 
Community Photography: With our photography services, we focus primarily on capturing the home and its lot. We only provide additional community photos upon request. If you want pictures of community amenities within a quarter-mile radius of the property, we will include up to 5 images at no additional charge. You must add the Community Photography service to your order for community amenities beyond a quarter-mile radius. This add-on ensures we have the time and resources to capture these features, effectively enhancing your property listing.
 
Editing and Manipulation: We offer limited photo editing services, including removing minor items from images. However, the extent of such manipulation is limited, and we cannot assure the complete removal of all undesired elements. Requests for extensive photo manipulation may incur additional charges and potentially extend the delivery timeline. Please note that we cannot remove items from video and virtual tour content in post-production.
 
Delivery of Visuals:
Unless specified otherwise, our photo packages include next-business-day delivery on or before 5 PM. Photoshoots and other services conducted on Saturdays will have visuals delivered on the following Monday on or before 5 PM. Videos are delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on the complexity of the production.
 
Larger properties over 5000 square feet, orders with the “Large Lot Exterior Photography” add-on, properties with unique layouts that require an above-average amount of delivered photos to portray the property accurately, and/or properties with excessive photo manipulation may be subject to delivery ranging from 24-72 hours after the shoot day.
 
This can only be determined once the photographer is on site and provides an evaluation of the property.
 

  • Matterport Orders: Delivered the next business day on or before 5 PM.

  • Interactive Floor Plans: Delivered on or before 5 PM the next business day.

  • Floor Plans: Delivered the next business day on or before 5 PM.

  • Site Plans: Require a minimum of 2 business days for delivery.

 
We aim to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of all visual content, with expedited options available to meet your needs.
 
Payment and Access: After reviewing and approving the visual content, you must fully pay the invoice. Access to download the finalized files will only be granted upon receipt of the full payment. Failure to process the payment will restrict access to the content.
 
Additional Services: Requests for additional photography or videography following alterations or enhancements to the property or project, such as staging changes or renovations, will be treated as new engagements and subject to additional fees.
 
Reshoot Policy: In instances where our team has inadvertently missed capturing certain areas or aspects, we will offer a reshoot of the specific areas at no additional charge, subject to our assessment and confirmation.
 
Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive for excellence and client satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with our service or the delivered content, we invite you to discuss your concerns. We will strive to address and rectify the issues within reasonable limits.
